The SOCO

The SOCO was born out of a passion to alleviate the housing crisis the UK finds itself in. A severe lack of housing, coupled with people being increasingly isolated in a world where we are never alone, encouraged our founders Matthew and Ben to consider a new form of housing. A better form of housing. One that not only provides safety and convenience but also encourages people to engage with one another. To form real communities.

For far too long we have overlooked the impact the built environment has on our relationships, health and happiness. We are obsessed with creating great places and are exceptionally proud of our communities and the places in which they are formed.
