Canada Water is an active community in the London Borough of Southwark. On the doorstep of the City, Canary Wharf and London Bridge. It is home to one of the UK’s most exciting regenerations. This makes it a perfect location for our community to spread its wings and create a home.

We aim to create a place where people form relationships; a key part of the Canada Water community. With a vibrant ground floor filled with a combination of complementary uses, our ambition is to activate the gateway to Southwark.

One of the foundations for a successful Shared Living scheme, is the activation of public realm both at ground level and upper level terraces. Attractive urban space that is vibrant and used, promoting the associated Suites as a place people want to live. The SoCo will offer a fantastic opportunity to introduce a new active public space to the area for all to enjoy. This well overlooked and generous space is activated through the ground floor uses of the proposed scheme.
